Cascade Cliffs Vineyeard & WineryCascade Cliffs Vineyard & Winery

Built in 1985, the small winery has basalt cliffs rising 400 feet on the north side of the vineyard giving the winery its name. The cliffs create a micro-climate well suited for the winery's estate bottled red wines. The famous Maryhill Museum and Stonehenge replica are located ten miles east of the winery making for a pleasant tour along the Columbia River in Klickitat County. Robert Lorkowski is the General Manager and winemaker.

Chateau Champoux specializes in tours of Champoux Vineyards (one of Washington's premier vineyards) and tastings of wines crafted from Champoux Vineyard grapes. We also offer meeting rooms and event space.
Chateau Champoux is located at the east end of Klickitat County (not shown on the above map). To get there, proceed east on Highway 14 approximately 50 miles from the Highway 97 junction to Alderdale. Turn left on Alderdale Road and proceed north to Chateau Champoux.

Wind River CellarsWind River Cellars

Situated atop twelve acres of White Riesling grapes, Wind River Cellars is located sixty miles east of Vancouver, Washington, in the Columbia River Gorge. The estate vineyard was planted in 1980 with White Riesling and Wind River Cellars began producing wine with the 1995 vintage. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec come from Marshal's Vineyard 15 miles east in Dallesport. The majority of the grapes for Wind River Cellars wines come from the famed Celilo Vineyard, just 7 miles from the winery. These include the Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Merlot and the Lemberger, that makes the popular "Port of Celilo."
